Personalization should be entered with the letters in the order they are to
appear on the item. Make sure Spelling is correct.We will capitalize all
monograms, single initials, 3 letter initials & the first letter of a name (if
the font allows). No capitals for names- Names in capitals become too small

During the holiday season, orders are being shipped in about 2 weeks. If you
need your item sooner send a convo 1st letting me know how soon you will need
the item. It I can accommodate your request, you can purchase a rush order $10
and priority shipping (2 to 3 days) $2.50 as you check out.
Orders for personalized products cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded
after the order has been submitted and payment received. There is NO REFUND for
personalized items!
NOTE:
I do all of the embroidery of the items offered in my shop. Many of the items
in my shop are purchased blanks and not made personally by me. My part of
handmade is the embroidery
