Average production time for all orders is one week.

☝Colors
Product colour may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources or your
monitor settings.
It is important to note that the leather we use doesn’t have a stable color
gamut and unified type. We always make sure to provide the most precise
information about the variety of colors. Due to different light conditions
during the shooting as well as différent calibration of each monitor or
smartphone screen, there might be leather color differences of 1-2 tones
presented in the picture and the actual product you have purchased.

☝Taxes and duties.
Although this doesn't always happen, international orders can incur taxes and
duties as determined by the Customs Agency within the destination country.
Assessment of duties and taxes are based upon the value of the order and the
tax-free threshold for goods imported into your destination country.
It's your responsibility as the recipient to pay any taxes or duties before
collecting your order from your local post office or registered Customs agent.
Most European countries (France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Italy, Poland,
Ireland, Greece, Finland, Portugal etc) apply taxes and duties for parcels of
22 Euros or more. In the United Kingdom, the threshold value for imported goods
is £15.

About Leather.

▶ Vintage leather.
When creating our product, we use vintage leather types, which have matt
texture; and they can be easily scratched, afterward, scratches are easy to
remove, if you rub the product with a soft, clean and wet cloth. Also, such
leather tends to get wiped out, which gives it a more vintage look with time.

▶ Physical properties of natural leather.
Natural leather tends to stretch/expand and differently change its shape under
physical pressure. We especially tailor card and accessory sections according
to gadgets or cards, because with time leather tends to take object shapes, but
if we leave too big gap, cards may fall out of sections, and your gadget will
wiggle there.
Any matt leather can stain light-colored things at first, but after two weeks
it usually stops staining objects, as it will be just wiped out in such contact
places.

You can speed up leather wiping out if you rub it with a clean and dry cloth
in contact places, also you can use color stop, for example, Salamander Color
Off.

☝Remember.
Our products are made of natural leather. Its uneven surface structure,
roughness and scars prove that the material is natural.

▶ Care and storage:
· Vintage leather types, which have a matt texture, can be easily scratched,
afterwards scratches are easy to remove, if you rub the product with a soft,
clean and wet cloth. Also, such leather tends to get wiped out, which gives it
a more vintage look with time. Leather can be treated with a waterproof spray
(DON’T use oil-based sprays) and clean it with a cleanser - Salamander Combi
Proper.
· Or you can take it to a special dry cleaner’s. You shouldn’t rub the dirty
place too hard, neither should you use wet tissues for cleaning.
·If your leather item got wet under rain or snow, you should dry it with a
soft and dry cloth. Don’t leave your leather items under long or regular
contact with water.
· Keep your natural leather items in a dark cool wardrobe. To avoid changing
the leather item shape you should fill your bag with paper. Don’t keep natural
leather bags in closed plastic packets. It results in oxidation and gradual
color changes. Don’t expose the leather in the bright sun, under direct rays,
this may lead to leather color changes or discoloration.
